The George

There’s something for everyone.

While we take pride in our mouth-watering 30-day aged Scottish steaks, our menu goes far beyond, from comforting chicken curries to traditional fish and chips all served alongside a full gastropub experience. Relax with a coffee, enjoy drinks at the bar, or explore our selection of draught beers, superb wines and cheeky cocktails.

Recently opened and ideally located in the village of Wraysbury, just a short drive from Windsor Great Park, The George is the perfect place to visit with friends and family. Whatever the occasion, our friendly team is here to make your experience memorable. We look forward to welcoming you and hearing your feedback so we can keep improving.

Our Food

Serving great food is at the heart of everything we do at The George Steakhouse. We’re proud to offer 30-day aged Scottish steaks, carefully sourced and full of rich, flavourful character, then expertly cooked by our chefs to your personal preference.

Alongside our steaks, we have a varied menu designed to suit all tastes, including fresh fish, other quality meats, hearty pies and a selection of vegetarian and gluten-free options.

Whether you’re joining us for a casual meal or a special occasion, you’ll find something to enjoy in a warm and welcoming setting.

Our Drink

We also have a great passion to serve the best wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks. Our wine cellar has been carefully selected, with a fine selection of reds, whites, rosés and champagnes available by the glass or bottle. We also have a great selection of quality draught and bottled beers, spirits, cocktails and other tipples. With our expansive open garden, there’s nowhere better to be when the sun’s out and you’ve got a drink in your hand.
